Launched in early 2010, WOLF is a boutique PR and Marketing firm specialised in helping filmmakers effectively communicate and achieve their vision. Through many years experience working for sales agents and producers, launching hundreds of films, we understand the demands of the market and offer an intelligent, fast, no-nonsense creative service. In our fragmented industry we're here to help join the dots. Marketing & communications are an integral part of the storytelling process, and our approach encompasses the entire production cycle: from overcoming initial obstacles to getting a new project noticed to preparing completed films for launch at major international film festivals.
What's unique about WOLF is that we're hands-on designers, marketing consultants and international publicists all rolled into one, with an intimate knowledge of all the major festivals and markets. Our expertise and flexibility help directors, producers, sales agents and other partners around the world create effective strategies tailored to each project's needs, giving the film the best possible start on the way to finding its audience.

Starting at the Berlin International Film Festival in 2010, WOLF has handled international press for more than a hundred films selected in major international film festivals including Berlin, Cannes, Venice, Toronto, Rotterdam and Rome. Rarely taking on more than 5 titles per festival, WOLF's press slate reflects the breadth and diversity of current world cinema with a focus on director driven films - from established European auteurs to American independents and new voices from Asia, South America, the Middle East and beyond.
WOLF has worked with directors such as Bruno Dumont, Joshua Oppenheimer, Sergei Loznitza, Peter Greenaway, Tsai Ming-Liang, Jeremy Saulnier, Noah Baumbach, Haifaa Al Mansour, Denis Coté, Kiyoshi Kurosawa, Guy Maddin, Kelly Reichardt and Ira Sachs, and actors including Juliette Binoche, Isabelle Huppert, Dakota Fanning, Jesse Eisenberg, Ryan Reynolds, Greta Gerwig and Matthias Schoenaerts.
WOLF also functions as a full service creative agency conceiving, designing and producing attractive and effective marketing materials for our clients. We create everything from pre-production project packaging, posters and press books to corporate catalogs, interactive line-ups and advertising, as well as full marketing campaigns for national releases. In addition, WOLF's services cover event management and logistics coordination - everything from organizing a premiere party or special event to printing materials and booking ad campaigns.
As designers, copywriters, publicists and advisors, WOLF collaborates in various capacities with clients including sales agents such as Memento Films International, XYZ Films, Wild Bunch, Europacorp, Seville International, The Match Factory, New Europe Film Sales, WestEnd Films, Celluloid Dreams and Le Pacte, as well as the International Film Festival Rotterdam and the Jerusalem Film Festival.

Beyond preparing the launch of completed films, WOLF provides full service strategic consulting focused on positioning projects at any and all stages of development and production. It's our deep conviction that it's never too early to begin crafting a strategy and that marketing and publicity are a key part of our industry that complement the craft of storytelling.
Our long experience has taught us that far from being an afterthought, marketing and publicity play an essential role in the filmmaking process and provide added value at a variety of different levels. Based on this belief WOLF works hand in hand with directors, producers, investors and distributors on pre-launch strategies and materials with the goal of identifying key elements in each film to help position projects as early as possible in an extremely crowded and competitive marketplace. From script packages, investor presentations to unit publicity and more, we work with our collaborators to understand the needs of each project, maximise visibility and appeal to professionals and audiences alike.
